Online Shopping
In order to use the automated shopping system your browser must accept and support cookies. For help in enabling your browser to accept cookies, please follow these instructions.

To order online, press the "Order Now" button. At any time, you can either check out or view/change the contents of your cart by clicking "Shopping Cart" at the side of any page. By entering a valid e-mail address you will automatically be sent an e-mail confirmation of your order.

The shopping cart works by sending a cookie containing the item number to your browser whenever you select an item to purchase. Your browser sends all these cookies along with the request to the "cart contents" page. The "cart contents" page uses the file(s) to make a list of the items you want to purchase. You can remove items by changing the quantity to zero and clicking the "Update Cart" button, conversely you can also increase the amount. Once you are satisfied with your order your browser then passes the cookie(s) on to the secure "Checkout" page. To finalize your order simply fill in the personal details required and these will be forwarded along with the item information contained by the cookie(s). The "Checkout" page is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to allow for secure processing of credit card information.

Security
The Twelfth House shopping cart is designed to run on an insecure server while you gather your purchases. It will not collect any information about you while running in insecure mode. When you are ready to make your purchase, you will be transferred to a secure server where you will be asked to provide shipping and billing information. This secure server utilizes SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to allow for secure processing of credit card information. SSL is a program layer for managing the security of message transmissions in a network. The idea is that the programming for keeping your messages confidential ought to be contained in a program layer between an application (such as your Web browser or HTTP) and the Internet's TCP/IP layers. The "sockets" part of the term refers to the sockets method of passing data back and forth between a client and a server program in a network or between program layers in the same computer.

Shipping & Processing
We ship all of our orders via ground, unless otherwise requested, including backorders and exchanges. Please allow three to five business days for domestic delivery, 10-14 business days for shipping of international orders. Customers are responsible for all duties and tariffs on international orders. Overnight and 2-Day delivery is available for orders placed weekdays by 2:00 p.m. MST.

We do not charge a handling and processing fee.

Tax Information
For Colorado deliveries, there is a 7.6% sales tax.
